Emaar Properties created the residential development Elie Saab Villas in the brand-new Arabian Ranches III neighborhood. The development features homes with four or five bedrooms and a roof lounge. There are first, second, and ground floors in every villa. The 4-bedroom villas’ total land size varies from 4635 to 4652 square feet. The bottom level comprises a carport, a bedroom, a bathroom, a lobby, a powder room, a living area and dining area that are open to the sky, a laundry room, a utility room, and a maid’s room with a maid’s bathroom. On the first floor are two balconies, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a corridor, and a family area. A sizable roof terrace, a second family room, a bathroom, and a passage make up the second floor’s layout.

Five-bedroom villas range in size from 5422 to 5944 square feet. The ground level has the same layout as the four-bedroom villas, with multiple balconies, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a family room, a walk-in closet, a toilet, and a shower on the first story. Only the type A five-bedroom villas have a balcony on the roof in addition to a large roof terrace, family room, and bathroom on the second floor (roof).
