The newest project by the renowned developer Emaar Properties, Emaar Bliss Townhouses, is situated in the independent gated community of Arabian Ranches III. It will be Dubai’s first urban village community, including a variety of three- and four-bedroom townhouses with neoclassical architecture.

Bliss 2, the much-awaited last phase of Emaar Properties’ mid-range townhomes in the area, is a new development in Arabian Ranches 3. The freehold residential complex is expected to be completed in Q4 2024, with building set to start in May 2022.

Inspired by Santorini real estate, Bliss is the first urban hamlet in Dubai featuring whitewashed, neoclassical homes with a sustainable design. The compound is connected by meandering walkways and cobblestone streets.

Townhouses with three or four bedrooms are available in the Bliss 2 residential complex. The apartments’ land areas vary from 2,174 to 3,419 square feet, and occupants can select from two groups of residences with both traditional and contemporary architectural designs. Bliss 2 is a gated community with a single point of entry. There are 269 townhouses in the sub-community overall, and there will be up to 1,280 residential residents in Bliss 2.
